Eating is the New Black

I noticed that a fad diet book is absent from The New York Times best-seller list.  Perhaps sensible eating à la Mireille Guiliano's French Women Don't Get Fat is being embraced?  To nurture my inner French girl, I took a detour on my way to work this morning and picked up a café au lait and a pain au chocolate from Suzette's Creperie in Wheaton this morning.  Wonderful way to start the day!
